I have purchased through WatchUWant (now Govberg) and Bob’s Watches, with both of these sites having much less communication through the sales and delivery process. I've used this service once, and it gave me the confident enough to use it again. So far my second experience is going the same way as the first - it's reliable and efficient. Communications with the sellers is well put together on the site and the buying process is pretty understandable. Obvioulsy your experience of buying will be a reflection of the seller more than 3uwatches itself, so I'd make sure the seller has lots of good reviews reviews before committing to a purchase because 3uwatches is a platform (like ebay) not an online shop.
