I prefer to have shipments held at FedEx so I can pick up when I want. All three shipments have been delivered on time, and the watches have been as described. Obvioulsy your experience of buying will be a reflection of the seller more than 3uwatches itself, so I'd make sure the seller has lots of good reviews reviews before committing to a purchase because 3uwatches is a platform (like ebay) not an online shop.
